"I received a NCDMV Notification Letter on Saturday that the truck I purchased in May 2025 had an insurance lapse on December 1st. On Monday, I went to talk to Brandi Phillips @ Greg Edd’s Office and showed her the letter from the NCDMV. Brandi assured me that “There was NOT a lapse in my insurance coverage and the letter was issued in error.” Brandi contacted the NCDMV and sent them the FS-1 documentation.
